"Thrive in the 05" is the umbrella name for the set of ongoing transformation and community building efforts in the Oracle area including: Community-Based Crime Reduction (through ASU), Choice Neighborhoods (through HCD), and the Oracle Area Task Force (in conjunction with Pima Community College and the Mayor's Office). This committee will meet monthly and provide executive-level direction, leadership, and coordination to those projects.
